I have Vista 64 bit, and have always used this program, but all at once I can't update. Error message says (system cannot find the file specified.

I have this program on 2 other computers with no problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed only to have the same problem.

Any suggestions.

For what it is worth: I run the same on 32 bit vista and sometimes the anti-virus and other Ad-ware programs come into confiict. It has always ironed out on its own and I have never send a trouble request. Make sure firewall has not cancelled your permission for it to run. You can also check your event log and anti-virus logs to see what they have to say about potential conflicts. Luck
