I ran a PSI scan last night and my computer was working fine. This morning the keyboard does not respond in any program. I hvae a Dell laptop with Windows XP. I have tried restarting and there is no change. What happened?

Hello,

I don't know whether your problem is related to PSI but why don't you try to restore your system to a previous moment (before last night) where everything was working fine and see how it goes ? ...

Hi,

I don't see any good reason to suspect that the PSI should be linked to this.

Try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in, and if that doesn't work, rebooting.

Hope this helps.

I tried everything iI could think of (reboot, unplug, system restore, remove new software, re-install drivers) and finally popped out the battery. When it was back in, the keyboard worked again.
Thanks for the suggestions!
