Hi, to all of Secunia members.

I have a problem with tuneup utelities 2012. I installed a trail version and now I try to uninstall and I can not find the name on the list. I went to programs and the name and files are there but no unisntall file.
I have been find my system slowing down and I can not find the problem. I scaned with Microsoft Security Essentials and I find it slow, the pages take to long and downloads down to 7k.

Any ideas will be appreciated. I need my computer, because I have mobility problems and I use my computer to be in touch with friends, pay bills and see what happens around town.

Thank You

Maurice Joyce thank you for your help.

I did what you suggested. I did double-click and I sew where the program is but when I double clicked on add/remove and I could not see the Program Tuneup Utilities.

I was thinking, if I delete this program from the folder in programs what will happen!

**This is what I found when I did what you said:**

I note the programme is secure & want to completely remove it.

To try & find the uninstaller do this:

1. Open PSI>Scan results.

2. Against the programme U want to remove is a + sign to the left of it.

3. Click that & it will reveal DETECTED INSTANCES.

4. Below that are two yellow folders. Click the one WITHOUT a red dot.

5. That will open Windows Explorer & U will be able to see all the files & folders for
C:\Program Files (x86)\TuneUp Utilities 2012\Integrator.exe, version: 12.0.2110.9

6. Can U see & uninstaller option from all the files listed? If so activate it & it will remove the programme.

7. Carry out a full PSI scan & all should be in order.

In the unlikely event of U not being able to use that option come back to the Forum & I will give U detailed instructions on how to remove it via the Registry
