lp50 scanning

why isn't program scanning? it sits and spins @ 5% and doesn't budge from there. i've uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and it doesn't make a difference. what's up?

Just ran a full PSI scan using version 2.0.0.3003 on this PC. The scan took 34 seconds & all appears to be running correctly.

Another test run on my Windows 7 32 Bit test machine also works perfectly.

Might be worth checking if any of your PC settings have changed using the FAQ as a guideline here:
