I installed the CSI5 agent on about 20 PC\'s, and they have not scanned since 12/10/11. How do I figure out why??

Hi,

If you want to see why agents are not scanning, then you can manually run the scan in debug mode by following commands:

csia.exe -c -L -d debug.txt -v

The above command would trigger the scan and enable logging in verbose mode. The log file would include if there would be any error messages. You can also send the debug file to csc@secunia.com for further investigation.
