The file found by PSI belongs to this programme:

http://wingware.com/downloads/wingide-101/3.1

Clearly it uses files associated with GIMP.

If U are using Wingware this is perhaps another false positive.

I would email support at: support@secunia.com & point out a possible error on their database.

If U are not using the programme just right click on that file via Windows Explorer & delete it.

The thing is Wing does not even use GIMP files at all.

gtk is just an abbreviation they use in there files.
