I recently updated Firefox from version 12 to 13. Firefox is showing that it is "up to date" with Version 13.0 installed. However, when I do a PSI scan it shows Mozilla Firefox 12.x as an End- of-Life program.

Here is the Troubleshoot Report:
(Any assistance would be greatly appreciated)
Thank you in advance.

Hi ,

An ERDNT file is a back-up file made by the ERUNT back-up software . As such it is not a danger to your system ; so either use/click the very small PSI beige/yellowish folder shaped icon with the red blob at the left end of the "detected instance" to create an ignore rule or delete the file by clicking the other icon without the blob and when the folder opens delete the Firefox file by right clicking it and selecting delete .

Hope that is clear ; if not ask again .

Take care

It always seems impossible until its done.
