When I try to go to Forum I get an "Unable to locate an approprites web browser for the requested URL" and "An error occurred while attempting to open the specified URL" error messages.

If U want more help we need to know your default browser the OS & whether it is a 32 or 64 Bit System.

Thanks for the reply, I am using Win 7 Home Premium 32 bit, version 6.1.7601 SP1, Build 7601 and IE version 9.0.8112.16421IC. I could not find that registry key. Apparently, I downloaded Chrome by mistake and uninstalling it, removed some keys. I found MicrosftFixit50388.msi that fixed my registry. That key for a 32Bit looks OK to me. Which link are you using in PSI that brings up that odd looking web page in screenshot 2?

My user name at the bottom left and then clicking on Forum.
