Secunia PSI 2.0 alerted to a problem with (MSXML) 4.20.9876.0 Windows XP SP2. I downloaded the fix (4.30.2100.0) and ran the program. It would not install over the previous installation so I manually removed 4.20.9876.0 and then ran the installation for 4.30.2100 but it would still not install. I then reinstalled 4.20.9876.0 with no problem. I have Windows XP3 with all the current updates. What do I try now? ificanicant

I noted on another thread that U were now all fixed up which is good news.

On that basis, I will lock this thread for U sometime tomorrow unless U post back asking for it to be left open.

This will protect your mail box from possible update emails from "tag on" posts

You can of course lock threads U have created. Just click the ACCEPT button in the post of the helper who offered U the best solution/advice to solve your problem.

Secunia Support can always reopen threads by applying by email to: support@secunia.com

EDIT

Thread locked at: 22:33 31/08/2012
