Hi, all,

I have a problem that my Secunia PSI 2.0 is giving me green light, 100% score, but an older score showing 94% is displayed in my online profile on this Forum.

I have done Dashboard->Secunia Community Profile: mtodorov -> Update your Secunia community profile button.

It says "Your Secunia Community Profile was successfully saved." and then I click "OK".

Is there anything left to do? I tried to logout/login from Secunia site, but profile still says "94%".

Thanks,
mtodorov

Which variant of version 2 are you using?

Have you checked your online profile? Try removing the tick (check mark) from the box - establish this action works then reintroduce it.

You could also try to solve it by deleting your current profile(s) including removing the Registry keys then create a new one.

Hi Maurice,

I've tried reinstalling Secunia PSI 2.0.0.3003 and deleting folders + registry keys related to Secunia. All this at no use - profile shown on Forum is still 94% compared to 100% in Secunia PSI.

Any idea on what to try next?

Rgdz,
mtodorov

Uninstalling PSI does not remove the profile registry keys. Have you deleted them as a standalone item?

You do not need to uninstall PSI to remove the profile.

Yes, I have deleted UserID key from Secunia item in registry.

Then I have reinstalled Secunia PSI, v 2.0.0.3003.
Result in PSI: 100%.
Result in Community profile: 94%

I would email support & authorise them to delete your profile(s). If you have got more than one or have had one in the past you should include them in the authorisation to allow them to remove all traces.

They should help you reset it & you can then recreate a new profile.
