JoTrust Program not loading

I thought it was just my desktop computer because yesterday Secunia PSI loaded on this computer but not my laptop computer. This morning it's not loading on either of them. I read in previous blogs that uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

Which version of PSI are you trying to load?

I, too, cannot get the program to load. Using latest version 3.0.0.4001. Says it's loading but appears not to connect to Secunia. Just sits there.

Not sure what the hangup was, but everything appears to be connecting and working correctly now.

Are you also Jo?

If so, I will lock this thread for U sometime tomorrow unless U post back asking for it to be left open.

This will protect your mail box from possible update emails from "tag on" posts

You can of course lock threads U have created. Just click the ACCEPT button in the post of the helper who offered U the best solution/advice to solve your problem.

Secunia Support can always reopen threads by applying by email to: support@secunia.com

Thanks for the reply. No I'm not Jo.....I just looked around until I found a topic that fit my needs and joined it.

She may still need help....don't know....but evidently my (or Secunia's) gremlin is banished and everything is working fine for me.
