Please ignore the specific program entry above as I couldn't find it.

I am running Windows 2007 x32. I have installed the latest versions I could find of the C++ 2010 Redistributable packages for x32 and x86. However, regardless of how many times I reinstall, Secunia identifies them both as in need of update. When I click on them, it takes me to windows update which has no updates for me (even if I restore hidden).

Have you tried the following......including re-booting ?

Updating your software
Microsoft Update says my Windows files are up to date, but Secunia PSI is still reporting my software as insecure. What should I do?

When upgrading Windows you will frequently be required to reboot, or the updates may be installed over several turns. To ensure you are really up to date, try following this procedure:

Check Microsoft Update, install all critical updates
Reboot your system
Repeat step 1, and go to step 2 if anything was installed at this step (repeat as needed)
Run a full rescan with the Secunia PSI

Hope it helps......regards........
