You need to delete the rogue file.

DELETING A FILE OR FOLDER

VERSION 2

1. Open PSI>Scan results.

2. Against the programme marked as vulnerable is a + sign to the left of it.

3. Click that & it will reveal DETECTED INSTANCES.

4. Below that are two yellow folders. Click the one WITHOUT a red dot.

5. That will open Windows Explorer & U will be able to see the vulnerable file.
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\7zS9688.tmp\c ore \firefox.exe, version: 16.0.2.4680

6. Right click on that file & select delete.

7. Carry out a full PSI scan & all should be in order.

@fairbankschick

I am totally confused - are you @cindygale1963 or a tag on post?

Sorry for the confusion. I am both. I could not get logged in to my account under cindygale1963, so I had to create another account under fairbankschick. Can you delete the cindygale1963 account?

As long as you are fixed up that is OK.

I cannot help with your profiles -I do not work for Secunia & do not have access to their secure servers.
Send an email to support@secunia.com.

Give them your email address & the two profiles you have. Then state you authorise them to delete the profile you do not want.
