We examined the file and this is clearly a false positive (misdetection) on the part of Avast. If you update your virus definitions it seems that Avast has already fixed the issue.
A good start whenever you see a file getting detected by your antivirus is to upload the detected file to a site such as http://virustotal.com or http://virscan.org or http://virusscan.jotti.org etc. That will give you a more thorough scanning than the one provided by only a single antivirus.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
For anyone interested, these are direct links to the latest scan results by the mentioned scanning services.
