mac2 Scanning not working correctly

On April 7, 2013, my PSI 3.0 was detecting about 96 installed programs. On April 8, 2013 during a scan it only detected one program: Windows 7. I uninstalled v. 3.0 and re-installed it, but the scan only detected windows 7. I uninstalled v 3.0 and installed v 2.0, but the results were the same: only detected windows 7.

Whats wrong and how do I fix it?

What you describe sounds quite unusual. As a start, this FAQ entry should be worth the try as it will ensure that you have the correct internet settings for the PSI to function correctly.

Thanks for the reply. I fixed my problem by checking the settings. Somehow the "drive C" box had become unchecked. I checked the box, ran a scan, and all is well!

All 102 programs in my computer were scanned.
