I have the following effect with a Win 8 64bit client and Secunio PSI 3.0.0.7009:
When I make a rescan, PSI seems to be doing something for about 10 seconds, after that the normal Secunia Scree reappears, but the last scan date is still the old one (2 days ago) and not today. In the Small Business We Console, also the old date is shown.
The system score is 100%.

Any ideas why the rescan does not seem to work?

Thanks for the answer: the reason was that one of the services was not running (as described in the FAQ article). It works as expected now.
