On my computer (Windows 7, 64 bit) I installed Ebola which installed wget inside its directory tree: C:\Reu\ebola\wget\wget.exe.
After getting the latest version of wget from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/wget.htm and copying the needed parts to the wget-directory underneath Ebola Secunia still complained about wget being outdated.
But for windows the latest version of wget at sourceforge.net is 1.11.4-1 not 1.12
What can I do about this? I did not use the update-feature from Secunia because that would put wget somewhere on its own and not underneath Ebola.

If Secunia Support do not respond in a timely manner I would email them with the details.

support@secunia.com.

Looks like their database requires a minor tweak.
