This has been the case for me for the last two days. I've rebooted but to no effect. I opened the main screen and it said it wanted to scan, so I let it and when it finished it decided to crash completely.

What does the link to an IE10 problem have to do with Secunia saying it has no Internet connection?

Did you bother reading it?

Yes I "bothered" reading it. I didn't regard an insulting post about Secunia's "4th rate service" as being a solution to my problem. Apparently I need to recalibrate my insult scale.

Of course it is - until they sort out their on-going issues - this is by no means the first time an extended failure has occurred with no announcement from support. That leads to users like you time wasting trying to fix something not of your making & leading to you hi-jacking this thread.

Okay. First you insult me by implying that I hadn't read the thread you linked to. Now you insult me by suggesting that I'm "hi-jacking this thread". My posts are totally on-topic and you seem to be trying to alienate me.

I've used Secunia PSI for some years and I regard it as a first-rate FREE service. I don't know what a "Handling Contributor" is, but all you've done so far is handle me badly. If you work for Secunia I'd like to recommend that they send you for re-training to learn how to be polite to average people like me who are taking the time to report problems. I can do without being insulted by forum moderators - if that's what you are.
