Running W7 Pro, with the o/s updated earlier today to latest versions. PSI 3.0 didn't run at all, so tried 2.0 which ran but only completed scan steps 1, 2 and 7 (if memory serves). Fine print on the screen reported zero drives found. I have C and D in the computer and working fine and normally (no RAID setups, etc.). Help!? ...thanks - Jim

Hello Jim ,

On the PSI 2.0.xx Dashboard page/module and on the lhs select "Configuration"->Settings->Drives and see if your C and D drives are listed and whether they have a tick/check mark in their adjacent boxes .

The PSI needs a relevant folder/file in order to to detect the drive :eg: a Program Files folder with .exe or.dll files .

Hope that's good 'enuff .

Anthony

Thanks, Anthony, but I tried that before I posted (and again this morning just to be sure): Secunia reports no drives found. - Jim

Jim ,

Sorry for not replying sooner .

If memory serves , this problem seemed to occur when version 2.x was released , but I can't be sure .

Have you ever run version 1.5.0.2 ?? It is still available and supported , so might be worth a go :-
