Really Kaspersky Lab has acknowledged those vulnerabilities rather long ago, and provided fixes for them:

You are not reading the Secunia advisory correctly. The link Secunia supply is here:

http://support.kaspersky.com/technews/kscdpatch

which was released on 25th Nov & covers many items including CVE 2014-0160 & CVE 2014-0224
