According to my scan results, I have Flash & Shockwave 12.2 - these are the latest and so are safe.

I've just found in Revo that I also have Flash and Shockwave 12.1 neither of which are safe. Control Panel-Programs confirms the presence of both.

I let PSI auto-update Shockwave but I went to the Adobe site for Flash.

FWIW, Flash (latest) is in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\Flash32_19_0_0_ 185.ocx, version (ActiveX)
and Shockwave (latest) is in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Adobe\Shockwave 12\SwInit.exe, version

So it's clear that neither of the updates (one by PSI and the other by me) removed the old versions.

(1) Could others check there PC to see if they have both versions?
(2) Why hasn't a PSI scan found the old versions?

EDIT: typos

What is the paths to the old versions? Are they on drives not being scanned?

This is a good read about Shockwave - far from secure whatever version you have by the look of it - if you need more info you can read and join the thread below the article.
