Adobe released their update last week to protect against a known weakness. That could be applied to Firefox, Chrome, etc but not to IE. Microsoft have taken over responsibility for issuing such updates but have not yet released the IE fix! They have delayed it, probably until 'patch Tuesday' (US time). That means they have left IE users with a vulnerability despite it being known that there is an exploit 'in the wild' using this vulnerability.

Microsoft appear to have ignored the risks for those not using W10 and Edge, but those using any Windows version, including W10, will have IE installed and still be vulnerable. Shame on Microsoft!

If you require more help we need details about the actions you have taken to come to your conclusion.

The Flash vulnerability is fixed for Windows 10 and 8.1 as can be seen here:

Not at all clear what you mean. Are you using the latest version of Windows 10 on general release or are you referring to the fact you are using an Insider Preview version.

I have never heard about "advance track" nor can I find it on a Microsoft search.

You are running a version not due for release to the general public until July(ish). You should contact those at Microsoft running the trial to ascertain why it is not updating. I know they are tinkering with Flash in Edge so that it works in a more secure mode. Maybe that is the reason.

Sorry cannot help any further.
