I just updated to Windows 10 and don't know if that has anything to do with anything, but I'm showing
Windows SysWOW64 Macromed Flash
FlashUtil_ActiveX.dll Application extension

as End of Life.

What do I do with it?

Microsoft updated Adobe Flash on Tuesday. Can you see it in the list of Windows updates? Have all the automatic updates offered by Microsoft been correctly applied?

There is a Flash update showing for Windows 10: Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3174060)

But that ActiveX thing is still showing as End of Life

Secunia is showing that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC update failed. Yet when I open program and check updates it shows there are no updates available.

I hate this Windows 10 and is really has me confused, to be honest.

A-Ha! ... While I was typing this I was also running another scan with psi. It completed and now shows everything up to date so I guess the problem has been solved, even if I don't understand quite why/how. ;>)

Talk to you the next time I have a dumb attack!

I suspect that the so called new start menu is causing the confusion - if that is the case give this a 30 day trial -

http://www.stardock.com/products/start10/download....

It puts back the very familiar Windows 7 start menu and only costs $4.99 if you decide to buy & keep it.

I use it and have installed it on many PC's. I have found Stardock continually try to improve their programmes and have excellent customer service if you need to contact them.

Hope this helps.
