I have had 10+ End-of-Life programs for a very long time and I don't know what to do with them. Can anyone help me?

Until we have a list of the programmes that are End of Life and the OS you are using it is difficult to give a proper response. In general terms to eliminate any possible future vulnerabilities that will NOT be fixed you should uninstall them all and find up to date replacements.
