I've tried to download and open PSI but it comes up with the message: "Unable to retrieve PSI user ID form Secunia. Please verify that you are able to connect to https://psi3.secunia.com and then restart the PSI." There's a bit more blub about no proxy support for PSI, but this is the bulk of it. That site comes up with nothing!

Is this your first use of PSI or are you updating from version 2?

Which OS are you using?

What did you see when you clicked this link? https://psi3.secunia.com/

If a new PSI user have you set up IE as per the FAQ?

Hi, it seems to be working now. It did an automatic scan. Don't know what happened there!
