There are two vulnerabilities reported for the month of August 2017. This is the latest one which gives details of the patch issued by the vendor - https://secuniaresearch.flexerasoftware.com/adviso...

How do I get 21.2.25.30 is that Bitdefender 2018, I have 2017 still.

The information link I gave you clearly states the vulnerabilities are in the 2017 and other older versions of Bitdefender. I am not a user of Bitdefender so have no idea how paying customers update the programme. There appears to be a Bitdefender Central log on site - does that not give you access to updates? It certainly offers support who should be able to guide you in making your programme secure.

I am assuming PSI is not telling you that version 2017 is End of Life (EOL) in which case you need to upgrade.
