Hello,
I just re-installed Secunia PSI because it would hang/freeze. This has occurred several times and each time I would uninstall then re-install and it would work fine.
Now I am getting the following error message when I try to open PSI:

Unable to retrieve PSI user ID from Secunia
Please verify that you are able to connect to
https://psi3.secunia.com/ and then restart the PSI.

NOTE: Proxy support for the PSI is currently unavailable, but is planned for a future release. If your system requires access to the Internet through a proxy you will not be able to use the application at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have used PSI for several years without this error message popping up.

I am using Windows 7 64-bit and Chrome.
