I have two problem sources both of which involve apps that I uninstalled some time ago but they still show up in Recovery Drive D where Secunia PSI identifies them as potential problems. I don't have a clue as to how to access D and get rid of these apps. Any help appreciated.

If you are certain these programs are on your recovery drive, just go to the Advance mode & create a ignore rule. Since these programs won't be used except on a reinstall, there should be no danger to your system.
