The Scans are seemly set to run 7 days and about 7 hours after the last time. My Computer is not on after about
9 P.M. or before 8 A.M. - and I think I should control when it runs, as a convenience for me. Is there a place I can change the day and/or time it scans?

Thanks for the answer, even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear - why isn't secunia more user friendly? What difference could it possibly make to them "when" the scan runs?

Run a manual scan at 0830 ish on a day of your choosing. 7 days later it will scan at your time set.

The 7 hour difference is Texan time set against PSI which uses CET (Central European Time).

The time will not stay the same - It always advances by 7 hrs. I have tried. I'll continue with manual - I like the program. Thanks for the advice though.

That is why I gave U a time of 0830 hours as an example - it will scan at 1530 hrs Texan time when your PC is on.

oops - sorry I misunderstood. I'll try it. However, won't that work just once? It'll advance the 7 hours after the second time. So I may as well do it manually all the time.
