I just received a brand new dell. I have installed Secunia and keep getting the MSXML 6 security error. I have read the previous posts and really don't want to try deleting the files. The fixes on microsoft's site don't seem to apply to Vista, which I'm running. Please help if possible.
The path for the file is:D:\Windows\System32\msxml6.dll. D:\ is my restore hdd. OS is: Windows Vista Home Premium.

Simple fix would be to use the PSI in the Advanced mode & create an ignore rule for drive D. Since this is a restore drive the bad guys can't access your programs.
