I have 9 vulnerabilities listed but they are all up to date. Am I wasting my time with Secunia?

I have the same problem with 3 programs. I update them according to Secunia and it still shows the same 3 programs with a threat. WHY???? I think it is a waste of my time to do all this.

Thanks for that Maurice. I've already done that & found that I'm a numpty!
The insecure programs were on my old drive, which is now my second drive replaced by a larger one. All I have to do now is to find out how to delete them all without losing data, I'm trying to save.

If your second drive is used solely for that purpose U can create an ignore rule.

Creating an IGNORE RULE

Click on the SETTINGS tab>scroll to the bottom & click on CREATE IGNORE RULE

In the RULE NAME BOX insert something like MY BACKUP DRIVE

In the RULE BOX type D:\ (or the drive letter U wish to ignore)

Click SAVE IGNORE RULE>CLOSE

The drive will continue to be scanned by default but the result will not be published.

Thanks again. I have been creating some ignore rules, but your way is simpler. I'll do that.
