I have in mind one thing, that would not easy to manage.

If there is vulnerable software, PSI offers link to download updates.

But if one uses localized "big" software, e.g. OpenOffice.org 3, ThunderBird, the updates have often delay after EN release.

If one does not want or is not able to use EN version,
the following the solution link is of limited use for the user,
he is interested in when localization is ready.

The "big" software has often standardized download links for localizations, so PSI could probably be able to check them....

I don't think it's possible for them to keep track of localized versions of everything, though I understand your problem. You'll just have to either accept the risk, or else run the English versions.

I am quite experienced user so what to deal with from user side is obvious for me.

I was not demanding anything.

It was mentioned just for future PSI improvement
it could be worthy to consider tracking
at least chosen widely used localized SW,
if tracking is manageable.

Yes, I realize, however I do not think it is realistic - There are, after all, LOTS of localizations to deal with.
