however, it's no loner in my add and remove programs. How do I remove it from Secunia? Why does it still a still, appear? IEXP 7 is listed in Secunia also.

Is there something I'm unaware of that hasn't been done to totally remove it?

If not, how do I delete it from Secunia?

Switch to advanced mode, then find the path to the file. See if this file is tied to any other executable. If you rename the file to something akin to "yourfilenamehere.old" you should have a semi-safe way to test whether or not removing the file triggering the warning would break any functionality.

Also, please try rebooting and rescanning. That often fix WinBlows issues.
