Why, on my Laptop which is running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 is SECUNIA showing that I need Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702???

Set PSI to run in ADVANCED mode then click on Insecure then look in Insecure Programs then look in Installation Path for the location of the downlevel file.

Am running in Advanced mode.
for Windows installation path shows N/A
for IE instal. path shows C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

How does this help?
because I am running EXACTLY what Secunia says I need!?

That is the correct path and file name.
