Is there a program out there that will tell me if I have any bad or unsafe processes running? There's a long list of them currently running on my computer, but how can I be sure they're all safe?

Thanks! :)

This program from microsoft is an enhancement of Task Manager

It gives you a lot more information than Task Manager. You can run it directly from the Internet by entering in a browser.

If you right click on the column headings, click Select columns and at the verified signer column, it will tell you if the file is not correctly signed. Not necessarily proof that something is wrong, but worth looking at.

Here is a presentation on how to use it
