When I try to uninstall, I get the NSIS error:

Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaaged media. Contact the intaller's author to obtain a new copy.

I could understand if I was trying to install, but why would I get this when trying to remove or reinstall the PSI software? Something is very wrong, because my computer has been more unstable since I upgraded to 1.5.0.2.

Hi

Try to download a new version of the PSI installer.

Are you familiar with the Command Prompt?
If not then let me know, then I'll post the specific commands needed.

Use the command prompt to skip the uninstall part

Simply navigate to the PSISetup.exe and run it with this switch:

PSISetup.exe -SkipUninstall

This should hopefully overwrite your existing PSI installation and then give you a uninstaller that works.

That worked, thanks! I was able to install and uninstall.

I would like to continue to use the software, should I worry about the "corruption" causing more issues on my PC if I reinstall? Or do you think the forced installation and uninstall would have removed the corruption?
