Been trying to either update this program or delete it for awhile and haven't had any luck......if anyone knows how to update or delete this please let me know

regarding using psi.
Basically, the more info you can provide, the better. Using psi with the Advanced interface is the way to obtain it. See Simple/Advanced top right of the psi's not difficult. When you click on the + sign alongside an entry. it will expand to reveal the file on Tech Details and it will confirm it. If uncertain how to proceed from that info to the forum, together with any other info you think may be useful, including what OS you are using.
It may be best to go thro' that process first before deciding whether or not you should try to delete the prog.
