Hi,

Could I ask you to provide is with a debug log? To get a debug log, follow these instructions:

First, close the PSI by right-clicking the tray icon and selecting exit.
Then, enter "cmd" either in the Start > Run box (for XP) or directly in the start menu search bar (for Vista & Win7). Then, enter these commands exactly into the command-prompt window:
cd %ProgramFiles%\Secunia\PSI
psi.exe --verbose --debug secunia.txt

The PSI will now run in debug mode. Please run a full rescan, and if the drive still isn't shown, email us the debug file created at %ProgramFiles%\Secunia\PSI\secunia.txt at support@secunia.com.
Please note that it is important that you do not post the log, or parts of it, on this forum, as it can contain sensitive information specific to you.

hope this helps.
