Hi,

it happened to me twice now that the beta of PSI kind of loses all its data. After starting my pc (WinXP Pro SP3) it says system score is 0% doesnt show any installed progs and shows a welcome screen like on first run. Like it has never done a scan. I have to do a full scan after that.

I have the same problem today. The computer was already running and suddenly PSI showed a popup saying 140 programs have been removed... and the score is now 0%. I didn't uninstall anything. I was working.

Running a scan doesn't help. I rebooted, the score came back as normal. But that lasted only for about 20 minutes. I just got back to 0%.

Hi,

Please confirm that your settings match those described in this item of our FAQ:
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal...

After setting the settings like described, is the problem still reproduceable?

Thanks for the swift answer!
Activex was not disabled. I added secunia site to trusted sites like described; will wait if problem reoccurs. It happened randomly.
