When I click "Scan Results" it says:

Error: TypeError
Function: util.switchPage
File: undefined
Line: undefined
Description: Object doesn't support this property or method

Neither restarting nor re-installing PSI fixes the problem.

Version 1.9.0.4001

Hi,

If you shut down the PSI and reopen it, is the problem still reproducable?

Yes, as I said, restarting doesn't fix it.

Last edited on 6th Oct, 2010 13:48 Hi,

What I meant was: We have fixed this issue, and deployed the fix to the live system.

If you shut down and reopen the PSI now, is the issue still reproduceable?
