Since last Tuesday we do not receive vulnerabilities via e-mail anymore.
I created a second account to a personal mailbox to rule out problems with our mail or spam software. But also on that account I don't receive any mails.

Is there something wrong with your e-mail system?

Hi,

Are you referring too the OSI reminders? If so, I believe it has been a while since we send one out. You can see which programs are covered by the OSI reminders here:
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/online/p...

Or are you a customer with Secunia? If so, I recommend you contact your customer service contact within Secunia, and this issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Hi,

First, try logging into the forum. Then, go to 'My Profile' on the navigation bar to the left, and ensure that 'Secunia Advisories' is checked under 'My Subscriptions.

Please also ensure that the email account listed for this login is the same one you have been checking, and verify that our emails haven't been going to your junk/spam folder.

hope this helps.

Hi,

Yes, on both accounts it is checked.
I don't see the mails in the spam folder.

1 of the accounts (this one) is a corporate mail system.
The other account I created is a gmail account.

Neither receive the updates.

Last mail received was Tuesday Dec 14th 05:59 CET SA42486

After that, no mail except the thread notification for this form thread.

Same problem here. Email just suddenly stopped.

I created a brand new account and selected the "Secunia Advisories: Latest updates on vulnerabilities." list and have gotten no email.

I changed the destination address to my gmail account, and confirmed it, and have gotten no email their either, while new advisories are showing up in the list here on your website.

I did check again that the list was selected in my profile, and I did check my spam folder.

Thanks.

Hi,

Yesterday evening after 21:00 CET the mails started coming in again.
Problem seems solved.

Thank you.

For me at least (please note that I am not the one who started this thread) the e-mail are now flowing to the address for this new account.

The older account (so old I don't have the username or password, just know the emails were being delivered for years) does not seem to have been fixed, but that does not matter to me, since I am getting the emails with this new account now.

Thanks.
