I just installed ver 2.0 and it automatically ran a scan (very quickly!). I allowed it to automatically update two outdated programs and manually updated a third. That all worked as expected. The scan speed and update process are great improvements.

Now I want to manually start a scan. I select Scan your PC. It says that no scan is in progress. But when I click on Start Scan, nothing happens.

I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit and IE 8.

Suggestions?

You are right, after installation of v. 2001 the automatic scan worked as usual. Manual start doesn't work, no respons after clicking on the start button.

EDIT: I tried this. I stopped PSI via task manager (psi.exe, psia.exe and psis_tray.exe), then restarted PSI, an automatic scan started. After finishing the automatic scan a manual scan started normal.
