I have just had W7 reinstalled and now my score was 100% now its in the 90s

I am very sure it is testing all my drives.

My new drive is "C" Drive
It looks like it is scanning an old "D" drive as well.

I cannot find and select the correct drive to scan

Please help

Keith

Are U using PSI version 2.0.0.2001?

I am using PSI 2.0

After playing around for a while I was able to remove them one at a time.
After an hour or so I finally removed them all and now I am back up to 100%

They are all "8" in the "Ignore Rule" now.

As they are in an old drive that I do not use can I delete them or just leave them alone until that old drive is completely cleaned and reformatted?

Thanking you
Keith

Keith,
Open PSI>Dashboard>Configuration>Settings>Click on the drives tab.

It should show all your drives?

Now take the tick (check mark) out of any drive U do not want scanned.

I must say I would be surprised if they were all ticked unless U have done this manually in the past.

Hello Maurice

That is exactly what I have been doing.

All I get (I can not copy and paste it)
Detected Drives ( check drive letters to include)

That is all nothing happens.

I have no idea what is happening but for some stupid reason it is now only scanning the correct drive "C"

Is there some where else I can run a check please

Thanking you Keith

Hi,

On the drives tab, are you presented with all the drives mounted too your system?
If so, what prevents you from selecting the 'correct' drive?

Keith,
If it continues U can show us what is happening.

POSTING A SCREEN SHOT TO THE FORUM

To post a screen shot to the Forum U need to:

1. Capture the image by using a programme such as:
a. Microsoft Paint - details here:How To Take A Screenshot:
http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Micros...
b. Microsoft One Note
c. Microsoft Snippet (Windows 7 & Vista)
d. Any third party equivalent programme.

2. Save the image to an online repository such as Microsoft Skydrive or Office Online or here: http://imageshack.us/

3. Post the hyperlink to the stored online image to the Forum.

I note this is still open. Do U want more help with that as well?

Keith,

I had been having the same issue since I installed PSI a week ago (PSI v. 2.0.0.2001). I uninstalled PSI, rebooted, downloaded PSI again (v. 2.0.0.3001) even though the website doesn't tell you it's newer, installed and rebooted, now finally I have drives showing up.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Jim

Hi,

This issue should have been fixed with the latest build (3001). If you install this version and run a full rescan (alternatively, reboot), they should all show under Settings > Drives as appropriate.

You can fetch the newest build from here: ftp://ftp.secunia.com/PSISetup.exe

Hope this helps.
