I use BT.

I cannot see any reference to Party Casino as an advert therefore somewhere in the In Box - Spam Box or Trash Box must be the original mail which has been opened.

Party Casino is a legitimate site & regulated as can be seen here:

http://www.partycasino.com/

I suspect it is in the Spam or Trash box if the mail filters are set up correctly.

U can empty both to try & remove it. If still present after emptying use the View All option for the In Box to trace it.

Have any user folders been created & the "Move To" option used?
