Omit Exclude "D" From PSI Scan

Does anyone in this forum have any suggestions on how to write an exclusion rule that would omit the "D" drive from the PSI scan. This is a HP computer on which "D" is the recovery partition, and PSI cannot correct a problem it has reported on it.

Go to Settings then scroll down to Create Ignore Rule then give it a Name then enter D:\
