Sorry, ctrl+v does not work so I cant copy it, seems as if I will have to keep it!

Or if I send you a private mail with my identification name, do you thin you can fix it?

If Ctrl-V doesn't work Shift-Ins might do the trick, or something with Ctrl-C and your clipboard is not as it should be. A rather stupid trick helped me in similar situations:

When I cannot uninstall product X, then it might be possible to install X "again", and after that a clean uninstall of X worked. Admittedly not tested for any Powerpoint Viewer.

I have a feeling that I`ll have to ignore this programme, have tried all the solutions I have been given, but nothing seems to remove my problem.

I want to say that I am very satisfied with Secunia, and have recommended it to several friends, and this is the only problem I have ever had.

THANKS
Michael (bedtime)

Your choice, but I wouldn't be happy with it - an odd broken Powerpoint Viewer could affect Windows Update. And Maurice's suggestion to determine the path where PSI finds some Powerpoint Viewer remains *must* work - if you can't do it with the clipboard note the path on paper and type it in here. Or better fix your clipboard issue, a Windows PC without a working clipboard isn't something you can ignore.

OK. Navigate back to that entry. Right click on it & select delete.

Do a full rescan & all should be secure.

Michael,
Pleased U are all fixed up. There will always be someone around to help U & U should never think of hiding a vulnerability.

Have a nice weekend. I will lock this thread to prevent U & I from receiving any more emails from "tag on" posts.

I would not bother about your English either. Easily understood by me.
