The Troubleshoot Report printed the following:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msxml4.dll, version: 4.10.9404.0

Microsoft Windows 7 (x64)

I found it strange that just this week PSI suddenly discovered this program to be outdated; I don't know why it wasn't picked up before. Windows Update shows no available updates, and no optional updates. I've located MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 (Microsoft XML Core Services) at which seems like it should be the fix, however it does not list Windows 7 as a supported OS, nor does it make any mention of 64 bit systems. Can anyone advise if installing this update would be a recommended course of action, or if I should just ignore this vulnerability? Thanks.
